Introduction

My name is Sigurður Óskarsson, and I have extensive experience in the electrical industry, including installations, maintenance, and teaching. Over the years, I've worked with various utility companies and contractors on demanding projects that deepened my knowledge of electrical systems, safety, voltage levels, and vocational education.

Experience at HS Veitur

• Connecting domestic power lines to new residential buildings for Hafnarfjörður Power Company.
• Cleaning and maintenance of power transformers at substations on both 11 kV and 66 kV voltage levels.
• Troubleshooting and repair of street lighting systems, including bulb replacement.

Projects with Rafmiðlun hf

• Electrical installations at the pharmaceutical company Alvogen in Vatnsmýri, including cable pulling and cabinet wiring.
• Power systems in installations and general wiring at Smáralind shopping center.
